"My Fiancee and I just walked out of Tracy's. Shelley the attendant was very rude, she lied, and was very impolite. Just to begin we frequent Tracys often but this is our first time on a Wednesday. We were happy to hear they have dollar beers on Wednesdays as we do plenty of drinking there. We tried to pay with credit/debit but her machine was supposedly "down". So I tried to pay with 8 quarters because I didnt want to use my cash. She then said I can't take quarters I asked her why and she assured me she wasn't allowed to take any change because she had 15 dollars worth in her drawer. She rather throw the open beers away then take 8 quarters. She was sure ready to take it as a gratuity though. She advised me to use the Atm or else "Oh well." I told her this wasn't right and she was rude due to her snarly attitude. As we walked out she was snickering under her breath. I advised I would be calling to voice my complaint. She has the utmost confidence of "oh Well, go ahead." I have never been met so rudely or treated so unjustly as Shelly treated us just now. Worse part is this place was our go to location seeing as it is only 2 blocks away. If we ever go again I hope to be reached out to and have this matter reconciled accordingly. Horrible service , lost money on slots, on beer, on wine and our friends we bring in with us when they visit!!!!!!!"
