"Ordered a pizza thru Ubereats and never got it . Had to wait over an hour for it to just be cancelled and than when I tried to call the restaurant they refused to answer the phone and even hung up on me ."
"I placed at order at 5:55pm that stated it was on its was to me at 6:05pm with a delivery time of 6:17pm, which then changed to 6:20pm. My food did not arrive until 7:30pm and when I called to ask where it was a request a refund due to the food taking over an hour longer than stated, the "man" i spoke to on the phone was extremely rude, cut me off and denied my refund. Do not tip this place in advance for delivery, i wouldnt not have tipped at all if i knew i would be spoken to that way and that my food would take that long and arrive cold, mushy, and missing items."
"Ya know i will say pizza hut has good food. There' s only 1 reason they dont get 5 stars from me. PRICE. I actually really like the food but $38 for a med pizza and 8 wings is a bit too much. We usually go about twice a year. If they could be a bit more competitive it would be a lot more."
