"Always a great place to stop in and enjoy a deep-dish pizza that we can’t get in Indiana. We tried the cookie dessert, and it was delicious. Our server went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience! We will definitely be returning when we come through the area."
"We've had some delicious deep dish from this Giordano's, but service has been iffy (slow or unwelcoming) to the point where we've mostly just stuck with carryout orders. The bruschetta, cheesy garlic bread, and calamari are fine appetizers...get a Chicago style pie with pepperoni & sausage! Their pizza is tasty although not as good as Lou Malnati's."
"We were seated immediately but our waitress just really didn’t seem like she wanted to be serving us. Our food took almost an hour to come out. We were missing a drink and when we asked the waitress about it she went and got it and came back saying “well a sprite and 3 juices were brought to this table already so I’m not sure what happened but here’s a sprite.” we initially asked for a kids sprite and an adult sprite but she came back saying that with a kids one, so we let her know yes we got the kids but we actually never got the regular sprite. She just walked off, my daughter said “excuse me,” she looked at her and when my daughter started talking she walked off. After we asked for the ticket, we gave the card almost immediately and after 10 minutes we still hadn’t received our card back. We had to go and get it ourselves on the way out. She hadn’t even swiped it yet. The deep dish was great, it was my first time having Chicago deep dish. The thin crust however was almost inedible, the thin crust was almost rock hard."
"A quiet New Year’s Day and perhaps a tired dining room but the Giordano’s classic Chicago double-crust deep dish pizza is fresh, hot and tasty. The more ubiquitous single-crust deep dish variant comes in a Parmesan variant too. Be patient though - it takes a while. The server was lovely and attentive."
