"Called the Oak Park location to place a take out order, and couldn’t hear the girl who answered. She basically whispered on the phone. Ordered a 14” double dough and an order of fries. Told us pick up in 25 minutes, and I showed up in 30. Walked in and saw who I spoke to on the phone, again she was whispering. I had to stand there awkwardly and wait for her to say something. She finally did, and got my pizza from the back. It took her 5 more minutes to ask for my fries, when the cook in the back said it would be another 15. Finally got my order and drove home, and the quality isn’t there. The fry was half full, and the pizza was undercooked. The worst part is that my nursing wife was at home waiting for this food and this is what we received. As someone who grew up on Rosati’s, very disappointed."
"I live in Houston but was staying overnight in Chicago. I ordered The Monster, a thin crust with meats loaded on top. They didn't skimp on the bacon and cheese either. This pie was the absolute best! If I could only get this delivered hot and fresh to my house in Houston, I'd do it!"
"Ordered from the Oak Park location for delivery. Order was delivered to my neighbor's house. Luckily, they were nice enough to bring it to me. Received half of someone else's order. I called the location and they had the driver bring back my correct pizza and switch out the wrong pizza. The driver was on his way back to the wrong house once again until I stopped him. His excuse was that GPS sent him to the wrong address and that Rosati's needs to update their system. Okay. When I finally received my pizza, it was smashed to one side of the box and it was cold. Overall, the whole experience was terrible and the food was just ok, whatever was eatable. Seeing as how they only reply to 5 star reviews, I can't even imagine getting an apology on here. Not the best way to try and retain customers."
"I ordered from Rosati's a couple of times. I don't wat out a lot since I'm a health freak. But each time I did, the pizza was delicious. Not too oily either, which is a plus. Fries are ok. Delivery always quick and seamless."
