Little Caesars Pizza

"Visited this location last night. Cashier Jabbar was extremely rude and appeared to be high as a kite. I waited 45 minutes for one order of crazy bread. I asked for a refund multiple times and was ignored. Got home and my bread was ice cold. I will never come back to this location. This location was doing well. Why the recent decline?"

"If I could give no stars I would. To sum up my second experience here I will not be returning the 3 things that were a problem for me was cleanliness customer service and my food also wasn't prepared right. Don’t even waste your time eating from here. I waited 30 minutes for undercooked food and went back for a refund the guy did something on the register walked off came back looked me in my face didn’t speak a word and sat my receipt down on the counter and when I asked was it for me he looked and walked off AGAIN I asked his name and he ignored me the receipt says Jabbar A. My thing is I get it everybody have bad days but please don’t come into work if it’s one of yours"

"I placed an online order. Waited until my email said ready for pick up at 6:42. I didn't walk out of there until 7:28. The dessert i ordered was some kind of cookie dough brownie. It was just pulled from the freezer after I had to remind them it was a part of my order. 1 person trying to handle the 6 or 7 people waiting. With too much time in between. I'll never be ordering from this location again."

"We showed up three times during regular business hours and the store was closed for no reason. The sign says “open” but the door has been locked for several hours (during lunch). We have eaten here several times and the food is pretty hit or miss, sometimes cold and not very well made, and ingredients don’t taste fresh. Sausage pizza has almost no meat on it. Pepperoni pizza was all cheese with no pepperoni and the “hot and ready” was burnt with no meat. Prices have gone up significantly and no longer any $5 pizzas. Now the pizzas are in the $10-$12 range and there is much better pizza for that price range than Little Ceasars."

"I ordered delivery and it never arrived. I called my DoorDasher who said he was waiting over an hour and is canceling and he hung up. I called the store but was transferred to the customer service call center who stated “we don’t deal with problems, you would need to contact the store directly” and then they auto connected me. The store never answered the call both times attempted. I received my order over a hour late and when I opened it, it looked like someone quickly grabbed food and threw it in box and bag. They didn’t send the correct order and the food had a nasty spice to it. Unfortunately it was not good and we ended up throwing it out. Just terrible terrible terrible and will not order from here again."
