"If I can give no stars I would of. Manager was not able to make right on my rewards being placed, she stated that she has no control on the dunkin app! Never again will I visit dunkin"

"Employee must of been high or on drugs because I was asking for a large iced coffee 4 cream/4 Carmel Swirl. Said he didn’t understand how to do that from hot coffee. Said why would we order a coffee different. Then he was talking over me and my sister about how the coffee was gonna be different. We asked if he was ok or if he was high (his eyes were red and glossy). We didn’t even bother finishing our order. I order from Dunkin’ on a regular basis"

"The intercom was hard to hear because people were power washing next door. I drove up to the window to order and the owner refused to serve me and talked down to me. I explained I couldn't hear and he kept saying I needed to wait and wouldn't serve me. He wanted me to go back into the line in the drive through. I go there once a week and this is my last time I will ever go to this location. The owner is not a nice person and I've personally heard him talk bad about this customers. I happened to be on the end of this one. Great staff but horrible owner."

"I made an order on the app and apparently my order never went through. I tried showing her my receipt and she kept talking over me saying they didn't receive any online orders and didn't want to see my receipt or anything. She was so rude and didn't attend me and left me waiting in the drive thru. I made my order again and another employee told me that their printer ended up printing both orders i made. And she told me i could cancel because she didn't know how. I still haven't received a refund. 2 medium drinks ended up costing me $17. Such rude employees here."
