"My dad and I met halfway between chicago and Wisconsin to catch up and visit. My dad orders his flat whites and extra hot. The store was busy and my dad's drink was not quite as hot as he wanted and didn't want to feel rude, so I asked if they could heat it up for him. The barista was a kind young man who answered this query with "absolutely we can heat it up." I went to hand him the drink but he was already making it and even brought it to my dad. This seems minor but kindness and consideration are so good rare and we appreciated it so much. Keep up the good work!"
