"I've gone to this tacobell for years only because its close and almost everytime I do there's something going on, they either take forever or its ridiculously busy. All the workers seem like they hate their jobs and want to be anywhere but there, it seems as some are even mistreated too. I've occasionally seen a worker struggling and they'll just be blatantly ignored, some of the managers I've seen here are ok but recently there's been a manager I've seen thats always yelling at her workers and seems extremely hostile and unprofessional. Don't get me started on the food, sometimes the chips are bland or looks like they were cooked in dirty oil, and they will forget food or throw it together so poorly that my hard tacos are often broken to the point I might as well have ordered a taco salad. Not to mention that half of their 5 star reviews are obviously spam and promoting."

"Went and got some tacos today around 8ish pm 01/20/2024 the food I received is old and they even got the wrapping inside my food! Lazy workers. If you don't feel like doing the job right, just stay home."

"It's not the 1st time this has happened but it just seems like Everytime I go here something is wrong with my order and all I order is the regular Doritos locos tacos meal and my fiance gets the supreme soft tacos meal it shouldn't be that hard to mess a order up when it's slow and sometimes I don't even get all of my order like come on take some accountability with how you run a fast food industry"
