"Extremely poor service, food was very good. Took forever to even get our drinks & refills came when we were ready to pay. $20 Tip was included in bill & she didn't deserve even a dollar!!! I think tip sould be our choice what we give. If they deserve a good tip, I always give what they deserve."
"We tried the Harry Potter Roll this time. Delicious! Food is always great when we go. Appetizers that I recommend: YumYum Roll, Monkey Brain, Crab Stick Tempura. All of the Hibachi entrees are delicious. We normally go for steak, shrimp, or chicken. But I've had the salmon before too and it was divine. Portions are very filling. Never had a bad experience here. ❤"
"Our chief was amazing his name was Ryle baker! We give him a 5/5. He was friendly and very attentive. All the food was cooked to Protection. Our only complaint was our waiter wasn’t very good AT ALL! We didn’t even get told his name."
"Love this place. The food is amazing! We got seated right away on a Friday. Our waitress was great also. It is a little expensive. Totally worth it to me though. A meal at McDonald's is now at least $10 so spending $20 per person at Shoguns is worth it for quality."
"This place has lost its charm. When we came and asked for hibachi they basically told us they cannot do it and we have to dine in. They were out of their Japanese beer but they did have margaritas (This is supposed to be Japanese restaurant). We ordered from the hibachi menu to just dine in, it came colorless, a huge pile of noodles and meat. Call buttons are unnecessary and don't even work. And in a real Japanese restaurant they would never tape a crooked black and white sign offering margaritas."
