"This store is an absolute joke. Took me over an hour for them to get me a fishing lisence. Bought a fishing rod that broke first cast and they wouldn't return it because we didn't get the protection plan. Which by the way never offered me the protection plan for the rod. Would never shop at this store again. Customer service is a joke and so is management."
