"I ordered a Christmas themed shirt several weeks before Christmas. I ordered it in gray, which looked like it would look fine with the wording. Unfortunately, it came after Christmas. The wording was hard to read, and the image was orange (should’ve looked closer to yellow). I would’ve been fine with it all if it’d come before Christmas. However, when I emailed the designer, she was amazing. She told me to keep the shirt, and gave me a full refund immediately. I greatly appreciate her understanding and quick response/resolution. I definitely will buy from her in the future, and would refer her shop to others."
