"I know this location is in run down Springhill Mall but i think your employees should still be wearing CLOTHES while working. Walked in to see a BIG girl wearing a belly shirt with her entire stomach hanging out. I wanted to throw up and was completely turned off from entering- absolute trash store. Disgusting. Completely gone downhill over the years; juet close down already."
"Had a horrible experience at this Spencer’s. I did not feel welcomed at all, the manager “Rook” (according to her name tag) recommended me a product that gave me an allergic reaction even when I specified many times that the ingredient in it, I am allergic to. She told me it would be fine, and that those ingredients were not in it. They were. Would not recommend."
