"My bf has tried to surprise me with coffee from here multiple times and it’s only been made right twice. He always comes home and talks about how unfriendly and uncomfortable the staff makes him feel. On multiple occurrences he’s told me that the staff has rolled their eyes at him when he comes up to order. Today he paid $14 for two large apple crisp coffees and they forgot to put espresso in the coffee… so it’s just milk and syrup. We aren’t the type of people to return things and make complaints so we just won’t be getting coffee here again and I wouldn’t recommend this location to others. Very disappointing considering how much he paid."
"Went in for a cup of hot coffee. The girl argued she was just after bring it, but it was almost cold. Did not have the time to waste to hang around to argue, offer her to try and brew a fresh batch disappointment never be back disgraceful."
"Rebecca was awesome. I told her that I don't do caffeine, so she suggested the London Fogg, which is the earl gray tea with soy milk. Well, I don't do soy either, so she replaced that with oat milk. Thank you, Rebecca."
