"Awful customer service, minus 5 stars! I went in to get a cherry icee and the flavor was horrid. I let the young female behind the counter know, instead of saying sorry or let me go see what the problem is I got, "just go get a different kind!" Well, I dont like the other flavors, is their anything I can do? "No. That'll be $2.30". Really? Charge me for your poor product! It's only pennies but it's the point. I paid and you'll never have my business again."

"This is a Starbucks inside Target. They are super poorly staffed--usually just one person. If there is a second person, almost universally that person is trying really hard to ignore the line and clean the counter. The line builds up fast and it's really slow. Even if you're the only person in line, be prepared to wait. The baristas here are very nice, but I'm not sure if they're actually Starbucks staff or Target workers who got roped into working there. It seems to take a long time to make a drink. The drinks, though slow, are made correctly and taste good. Food selection is very limited as to be expected in a Target location, but it's fresh and appealing. The cafe is clean and there is a lot more seating since the remodel."
