"Ordered a $10 Caramel Blast, but received a Cookies and Cream. Went to tell them and they said no, I was wrong. I did a Google image search to show them and still no, the customer was wrong. Terrible service, new management or owners. Cannot recommend this place. Avoid. No Caramel."

Sometimes they get cheap with the amaretto flavoring..I always ask for extra..I want to taste it..some people put in a few caps.. can't taste it..but this girl made them so great..I went back to thank her and give her a bigger tip,but her shift must've been over when I finished both of them,as there was a guy there..sorry i didn't get her name,but if you figure out who she was telling her thanks for me.."

"Just purchased a pumpkin spice latte which the barista initially made for a small size latte when I had actually ordered a medium sized latte. Instead of remaking it with the correct measurements of ingredients, she just steamed together some extra milk and coffee and added it to the cup to make it a regular size. I’m not sure if that’s the reason why but I can barely taste any of the pumpkin spice flavoring and instead it tastes just like hot steamed milk. Kinda disappointed as this use to be my go to place for coffee all the time but the quality is not what it use to be."
