Dunkin'

"first they start charging more for "less ice" a year or so ago. as of this morning, they are now charging extra for cream... was coming here daily. no more"

"Was not too happy with my first experience at this Dunkin after moving into the area just yesterday. I ordered coffees, breakfast sandwiches, and hash brown for my husband and I in the drive thru. When I got home, there was ketchup in the bottom of the bag, our sandwiches, but no hash browns. When I called, the manager apologetically said I needed to come back in to resolve the issue, as nothing could be done over the phone. So I went back in and spoke with the same manager who said that they checked the cameras and said the worker did in fact put them in the bag. I don’t know if she put them in the wrong bag, but they were most definitely not in mine. I hate complaining, but when I pay for something it is expected the product is received. The other manager then came over with heavy attitude & not willing to help at all. The first manager was kind and I could tell she felt bad, but I ended up having to call corporate to get reimbursed. Very disappointed with this experience, and will be trying out the other Dunkin Donuts westward down the street."

"I'm only giving 5 stars because of one worker otherwise id give this place negative stars if i could. Her name is Denise if I remember correctly. I promised to leave a review but i havent had time until now! Every time I come here everyone is so rude and not helpful when I have questions. I even asked for her name so I can give a good review and the man had a attitude and said we don't give names. I had to park and walk in to meet the girl myself because I'm always disappointed when I go there and she definitely made my day and happily helped me without making me feel bad for having questions. That's how people should be treated! She deserves a raise and they better keep her as long as they can because it really makes a difference!"

"This dunkin is absolutely terrible, the coffee is never made right and the staff is extremely rude. The worker just fought with me over me wanting my coffee to be remade since it was brown and i asked for 4 creams and sugars. The worker was screaming in my face telling me she will not re make my coffee and it’s fine. Other times workers have made jokes about me right in my face. They’re very unprofessional and have terrible coffee, do not come here i’m a regular and this is how they treat their customers. The dunkin location is also very disgusting and never cleaned."

"HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Everything was going well until I tried to change my order from a bagel to a croissant! when i tried to change my order this guy replied with “I already made it” I told him i didn’t want the bagel but instead i wanted the croissant. I didn't even pull up to the window yet, he refused to changed it because he said he “already made the bagel”. I told him i didn’t want it and he says “ then you won’t have anything” I then went to the window and told him i was going to call his boss. he replied with “call my boss, call my boss” seems like they really don’t care about customer service at this location. Terrible reflection on the store."
