"Absolutely terrible customer service! If you can avoid this location, do so. Manager treats people terribly, swearing at customers, slamming the drive thru window and refusing to give you your pizza. Turns off lights and closes doors at 7pm, what a winner! Shouldn't be in customer service if you're this miserable..."

"Absolutely amazed on how perfect everything was. Food was ready on time. Food was cooked perfectly. Full sauce cups as opposed to the half or quarter filled ones you see at other little Caesars spots. Great service! Really really really happy with my visit!! Keep it up!!"

"Was just there at 7pm picked up order at 7:15 pm ordered 2 pizzas and a crazy bread combo forgot the sauce went inside threw on top of my box did not say a word. placed a second order for another pizza when I got home went to pick it up and front door was locked went to drive thru and manager was very rude asked why door was closed when hours of operation say open till 9:00pm started swearing at me refused to give me my order slammed the drive thru window would not come back to window.horrible service will not be back hope to hear back from someone since this is the only Little Caesar’s in town and inconvenience to drive to another location."

"THERE WAS A BUG ON MY PIZZA. I would rate 0 stars if I could. Staff is the most disgusting staff I have ever seen in my life. The people making the food were touching the pizza with their bare hands, and there was a BUG in my pizza when I got it. When I asked for a refund they DENIED at first until I had to call the police. DO NOT GIVE THESE GUYS ANY BUSINESS. THEY ARE THE WORST AND LEAST HYGENIC PIZZA PLACE IN TOWN."

"Order on Saturday night. I ordered a Detroit Pizza and Fanceroni pizza. Instead, we got 2 normal Jalapeño pizzas. I called back, but they were already closed. I called 2 days later and requested to talk to a manager. The person who answered said that the manager was not available. I asked when should I call back to talk to the manager, and he said he didn't know when. I told him that I was calling regarding a wrong order, and he said he was the assistant manager. I told him what happened, and he asked for a receipt. I told him that I had a photo of the receipt, and he said I dont need a photo. I told him it was a photo of the receipt, and he said again that he didn't need any photos. He told me to call corporate. I asked him for the 1-800 number, and he replied, "I don't talk to corporate, I don't know."" He was very rude. I asked for his name, and he said they don't give any names. I told him it was his responsibility to give his name. Instead, he hung up the phone."
