"Had some minor issue on Valentine’s Day but nothing major. The manager made it right and stood by their reputation! Great job and thank you for making our Valentines great. Problem solved super grateful my valentine was thrilled! Doggo loves the crust!"

"Looks like we are done with Lou Malnati’s. Second order in a row, first from Oakbrook Terrace and now from Elmhurst that was placed directly on the Lou’s website but was delivered by doordash. Tracking showed the order picked up then food took a 40 minute trip with the driver into Bensenville then back to Elmhurst then here to Villa Park. We are less than 10 minutes from the Elmhurst location. Delivery was done by a person in a uhaul van. Pizza was not in a warmer. $50 for a cold pizza. For the price Lou’s charges they can afford to pay their own drivers. Ridiculous."

"This pizza was fantastic! Truth be told, this was my first deep dish pizza, and it did not disappoint. The crust was buttery and rich but not overly thick. The sauce was chunky and full of garlic and herb flavor. We had The Lou which had layers of cheese, spinach, and mushroom, topped with thick slices of tomatoes. Four adults split a small pizza."

"Pickup only spot! Arguably the best deep dish pizza in the city, and thus the planet! Can’t tell you how many times I’ve ordered from this Lou’s. It’s my go to pizza place when taking first timers to get deep dish, or if I simply want the best!"
