Rosati's Pizza

"Ordered food for my Super Bowl party. 1st the guy said I’m good to leave after ordering about 200 bucks worth of food and not charging me for it, I had to remind him I hadn’t paid yet then he charged me. 2nd, is the chicken wings had feathers still on the bone in wings. Absolutely gross. About 5-6 other ones I found had feathers still attatched to the wing, I ended up throwing out 48 wings because I refused to serve that to my family. Please check your bone in chicken wings before eating because they may have not been processed properly or they source their chicken from an underqualified distributor , idk. Either way appetite was ruined for everyone. Ended up just eating the pizza and Caesar salad that’s about it Update: they were able to replace the wings with a fresh batch of 48 for no additional charge, just had to bring the others back. They will go out of their way to remedy a mistake, and will give kudos"

"Disappointed in the lasagna. Sausage was hot not mild Italian as advertised. The sausage sub was a mess to eat. I enjoyed the roll and sauce. On the sausage sandwich. I should have asked for some mozzarella on it. Delivery was much quicker than expected. It was pretty expensive."

"Took over an hour for 2 pizzas, bread sticks and mozzarella sticks. No apology, no credit, no remorse whatsoever. And to top it all off, tried to give a wrong order and then they realized they never made the mozzarella sticks or bread sticks, so the pizzas got cold while the sticks were being made. No call to say it wasn't going to be ready on top, no apology for it not being ready and then it was still longer than the extra 25 minutes they told us it'd be after be got there when it was suppose to be ready. Worst service ever."

"Rosati's is always a fan favorite when we order for parties. The variety of specialty pizzas and the taste is just out of this world. They always have them ready at the pick up time and we can get back to the office in a jiffy."
