Upon watching I recognized a few roads he did test drives on and shot him a message to find out he was only a couple hours away! "Brian's knowledge and attention to detail is that of yourself if you worked on your own vehicle. Cleaning the mating surfaces of parts and torquing things to spec is NOT in a normal techs vocabulary. He IS the best Ford tech there is whether he believes it or NOT.. if I still lived in my great homeland of Chicago, I would take ALL my vehicles to him. I would consider driving from Colorado to Chicago if I had a big enough issue. 5 out of 5, anyone who says this guy doesn't know what he's talking about is a complete moron.."
