"Told me that they weren’t looking for that style of clothes, I literally had brand new Levi’s, tags on, summer dresses, tags on, several items that were bought in the last year, which would make them in style. Then she said they had too much inventory when I questioned her. So, why are they accepting clothes if they’re not going to buy them. Second time I’ve had an issue with these people. I will never sell, buy, or go into your store again, and I will definitely tell others about your service. You waste people’s time."
"Unfortunately, this store left off part of my order & refused to offer a refund. I had ordered a pair of shoes, a top, and an Alexis Bittar bracelet. I paid for everything, but no bracelet shows up. So I emailed them & they were rude and tried to blame it on me; they then say that they video record all their workers (that really took me aback; bad employers; gross). They then wrote back and said after reviewing they were sure that the item made it into the box. Well, it didn’t. So now you have called me a liar & I have to do a chargeback. Sorry but this is not how you treat people. I’m just trying to get what I paid for. TLDR: Don’t shop here online they will rip you off."
