"Just want to give a huge shoutout to Taylor H, Kelly M, Emily, and Yadi for making my experience so much better at this american eagle. They helped me find what I was looking for, got me a fitting room immediately, made relatable conversations, and helped me sign up for the credit card, no pressure at all. I enjoy shopping at any American Eagle but I will make American Eagle in Fox Valley my top pick. They were so kind, and adjusted prices that weren’t populated on the register. They were so kind, not in a rush, and didn’t argue with me. They not only went above and beyond but made my day just a little bit better after a life event that occurred today. It really is the small things that make your day. I hope these ladies get a pay increase this holiday season, even the ones not mentioned. I don’t typically do reviews, but I hope the American Eagle team reads this and makes their lives a little bit better too. Thank you so much ladies, you’re awesome !"

"It's a great location and the store is clean, I've been coming here for years. But unfortunately the employees are rude. Today I went and I was trying on clothes and then the worker knocked on my door and asked how we were doing. I said good thank you and she said "just to let you know only one person can be inside the fitting room." I felt like I was getting accused of shop lifting bc my mom was in the fitting room with me. The reason she comes with me is so she can sit down as she has a medical condition and gets tired as well. I was ready to spend some money, but that attitude and rudeness just made me not want to be there. I left without buying anything. Every other AE store I frequent are just so nice and have never mentioned this "rule" to us."

"I buy clothes from American Eagle every once in a while. I went inside the store and was greeted right away. I found some jeans and some shirts that I wanted to try on. One Sales Associate was very helpful and attentive. The store was really well kept - everything was folded nicely and organized. So You easily find what you want to fit in. Overall great experience and will continue shopping in American Eagle."
