"Decaf coffee runs out fastest at most Paneras so they have a replacement pot in reserve, pre-brewed. This one in Addison near Sam's Club has been out twice on two separate days, way before close, and did not have a dispenser pot ready to go. Both times had to wait for a new pot to brew. No Bueno. I'm a sip club member so I go as often as I can. This could easily be solved if Paneras would switch to the machines that brew one cup at a time from beans being ground on the spot, like one I visited in Wheaton. The big Insulated dispensers may be faster but the individual cup brew is far superior in taste and quality."

"Look you go to one Panera you basically went to them all. Food is the same. Service is generally similar. The only reason why I writing a review for this one is they redecorated and it is HORRIBLE. The colors, the patterns are brutal. They had a wood barrier that separated the register / waiting area from the dining room. They tore it down. Horrible idea for a couple reasons. This was a 5 star review before. Oh well."

"Bought a breakfast sandwich, excited about the avocado because there’s usually a good amount. This is super disappointing. Where’s the avocado. Where’s the spinach. Do better."

"I order from this Panera every single day as it’s right outside my home and convenient to do rapid pick up orders. Even when it’s slow in the restaurant I’m constantly getting wrong orders and constantly finding sausage and bacon in my food and I’m not able to eat those things so I obviously never order them. I just rushed over there on my morning break to pick up an order of yogurt and a soufflé and they put a bacon one instead of the regular spinach one. I thought it was a piece of bacon just on the top so I picked it off but I bit into it and had a mouth full of bacon. The staff is really friendly here and I enjoy coming here but this is not cool to keep happening. I’ve found sausage in items that don’t originally come with sausage. So it’s not as simple as a mistake of missing a modification on an order. I want to keep coming here but this isn’t fair to spend money and randomly have orders ruined."

"You standard fare Panera for all the items. The crew and the chief at this location are really good, they always try to be extra cheery, nice and helpful. The gentleman who is responsible for maintenance and cleaning is a gem, a very wonderful guy he is out there working almost every single day and he does his job with so much enthusiasm and gives it a 100%, a true role mode and someone to look up to in his dedication no matter what the job is. Respect!"
