I was quoted for rear brakes to be completed at a dealer, and Tuffy discovered it was actually the front brakes that needed replacing. Excellent business practice for a sometimes difficult-to-trust auto repair market. "Professional, charitable, friendly. easy. I called to get my power steering checked out and they scheduled me in with a quick same day appointment. I came in and played putt-putt in the lobby while they checked out the car. They scanned the computer codes on my car’s system and walked me through what they found. It was an issue that had to be fixed at a Toyota dealer, but they gave me guidance on exactly what to ask for at the dealer and didn’t charge me a dime."

"We were visiting the area and heard a weird noise coming near the rear wheel. Still needing to get home, we were pretty worried. Tuffy's got us in same day, identified the problem (a loose bolt in the suspension), fixed the problem, and got us back out the door in 30 minutes! They were prompt, polite, clearly explained the issue, and tightened up the bolt for us with no charge. I was very impressed with their consideration, speed, and service. If I'm ever in need of help in the area again, we'll be back!"
