"I discovered that my blue ox front tow bar was dangerously loose and I was several hundred miles from home. The techs at New World discovered that some of my bolts had snapped off. They did a very professional job of reinstalling my tow bar and even fabricating a part. I was back on the road in about three hours. Thank you New World for a job well done."
"We took our trailer here to be winterized and it saved our relationship! This was our first winterizing with our new rv. Low and behold the pump wouldn’t siphon! The tech predicts the valve was installed backwards but we they the job done by another method. We would never have figured out about the valve on our own....yikes, I hate to think how our frustration could have gotten heated. Everyone was so nice about letting us watch so we could so it on our own next time, too! Photos show supplies in case you’re in a bind; mostly for emergencies."
