"Absolute pros from start to finish. I ordered a Panasonic blu-ray player in 110/120v. A guy calls me and says unfortuantely, we're out of stock, but they upgraded me for free to the 110-240V. It gets here and I had an issue getting it to render properly - wasn't even their fault. Bad cable, they helped me through it and the region free device works like a champ. I'm into languages and can watch my Norwegian, Spanish, and Mandarin movies all without an issue. Can't recommend them enough."
