"Food is good, but I don’t think the staff has proper support and that is on management. I see them working, very, very hard, and it seems like customers are unintentionally neglected due to either understaffing or a poor system of service. Last two times my kids and I’s drink orders were collected; once it never arrived without intervention and both times we never received a refill. It appears to be a free for all for the servers which creates a lack of accountability. I hope leadership can provide their team with proper support or structure."
"We have been coming to this place for years and absolutely love it. For the price and the quality you cannot find a better asian style buffet around. Additionally, I recently left my debit card there and when I called to ask about it the gentleman that answered the phone was nice and I could tell by his voice he genuinely wanted to help me. We will be coming back for years to come."
"Perfect for people of all ages. There's something for everyone. Food is fresh, and the service is excellent. Extremely nice workers here. Definitely recommend trying it out. Adults are about $11, children are about $8 and toddlers to babies eat free."
"I'm guessing it depends on the time you go, but I was really hoping the sushi was going to be top-notch. It was not the best. It was not kept cold enough for the raw sushi. Huge pieces as well, too much cream cheese, it took over the whole roll. Other food along the line was great. Very delicious fried Gyoza.. we could not stop eating it. Poor dessert choices, in my opinion. However, the orange cake and coconut cake were good. Overall, the food was good, I'd take my family here again. The cleanliness needs to improve, there's no background music, it's just loud with people talking and loud mouth chewers. The bathrooms were nice, very hot water while washing hands, be aware. 2 adults $36. Next time, I'll try the Hibachi."
"I found plastic net in the spicy crab. I told a waitress about it. She said that it doesn’t kill you because not poisonous. Crabs were in plastic net sometimes net into the food basically it’s nothing for them according to that waitress. She looked at me crazy because I complained for that. Am I crazy? Or do they have right mentality? I am not a big fan of Chinese restaurants because they don’t have good hygiene but I take my boy sometimes because he likes it. Her attitude was so disgusting and I wonder if they pass the inspection how that happened. I am not going back anymore."
