"Underrated place, with phenomenal, varying types of desserts. Only recommendation would be a different menu system. Confusing when you come in, not sure if crepes are dessert or sandwich. Not sure if you can just get a straight chocolate malt or scoop in a cone. Selections and offerings are much greater than their menu suggests. You can figure some of it out, but seems like people struggle. Perhaps a video menu system would help above the ice cream cooler and somewhere else. The ice cream, desserts are some of the best around."

"What a great place: cool vibe, unique and delicious treats, and so much more than just a place to eat. The Soulcial campus has it all for customers: quality eats, tons of variety, entertainment, and amazing servant hearts the new ice cream shop is the only place outside of Disney World’s Epcot world showcase where I’ve seen a Croque Glacé, and the crepes are out of this world. Did I mention the ice cream flavors are all unique and changing? This is also the first place I’ve ever tried a bubble waffle, and it’s definitely over the top. This place is going to be THE summer hit here on our side of town, and will definitely become a fan favorite!"
