"Every time I go through the drive-through, my order isn't right. One would think with the increase in wages that you would make an effort and care about your job and serve people what they order and pay for. DO BETTER!!!!"

"Every time I go through this drove through something is wrong with my order. Not to mention most of the people are rude, aside from the one lady who works the drive through occasionally. Everyone working there could take a page from her book. I ordered and iced coffee today and it looks like they made it hot just to pour it over ice in an iced cup. It's disgusting and not how yoh make coffee?? Remake it. I would have been much happier if they told me to wait for a remake, but even when they do have you wait they often forget you're waiting. It's not worth swinging by even for a small treat because they don't even mix their mcflurrys right. Do better."

"Absolutely horrible at making orders correctly. I come here every so often, I work at circle k overnights, and I get off, expecting to get a quick bite and to go home. My orders are very simple and with some being with 2 items. Most of the time my order is missing something or is the wrong item. Today I ordered a number 9 and got a mcgriddle. I shouldn't have to keep driving back to tell them my order is wrong, and this is all the time. There was also no one else in the drive through. Most of the time I don't say anything because I'm to tired, but dam, this is irritating"

"They really need to go back to having more than one porcelain throne in these places. It's awkward having to wait on someone else finish their duty while tightly clenching outside the door. The look as they finally open the door feels so judgemental. Like they are quietly blaming you for rushing them and not letting them enjoy the full experience of relaxation and relief with handling nature's call. All this can be avoided if they brought back second or if they would be so kind even a third to give people space and time and increase the brown wave max capacity."
