"Lala is always cheerful and welcoming when I go through the drive thru. She’s always so nice and friendly. She definitely makes the day better when you stop in. She’s by far the nicest fast food worker I’ve ever encountered."

She is an amazing asset to this Hardees location for sure! She is most often workong on a very limited staff, but always positive amd pleasant!! My food always tastes freshly made. "It never fails this location always has issues. Foods alright. But exact change given seems to be a reoccurring issue, that and missing items that were paid for. I don't know if the staff is lacking the mental capacity or they are high 24/7, either way I won't keep giving them chances."

"I was excited to have a cinnamon raisin biscuit again. Well my excitement vanished when I was served this biscuit with no icing on it. None of the food was hot. The new candied bacon sandwich was horrible with very hard bacon."

"Now the only reason I did not give this store 1 star is because I understand that like everyone else in the world everywhere they may be out of some items. However I find it hard to believe that included literally 3/4 of the ingredients that made up my order. I guess they must be out of mayo because that's no where to be found and I had to have gotten their very last piece of bacon or surely there would be 3 more pieces on my sandwich somewhere but who knows? If they are aware they sure didn't divulge that information to me. However I am certain that they are completely out of curly fries and shakes are also a no go so dont set your sights on any of those either."
