"I don't know why I decided to return, full knowing this location is one of the worst (only rivaled by the Alton mall adjacent location). My order was a simple #10. Instead I wasn't given a drink, did get the curly fries, and inside the sandwich box was a massive amount of onion rings. No sandwich. It sucks when your lunch becomes trash instead. Working on getting my money back now and I guess I should have known better."
"I stopped here after getting gas on my way back from St Louis tonight. We don’t have these where I’m from so I thought it would be cool to eat here. The food was meh. But several hours later I am in the bathroom with obvious food poisoning. I’m calling the health department. Sitting on the toilet as I type this."
"Inside the place is spotless. The two workers there are really nice but they can only do so much. Took a very long time to get the order but like I say two workers trying to do everything can only do so much. Only reason I placed 5 stars is for the cleanliness and how super nice the workers were. They deserve more help and hopefully management lets them know how they are appreciated."
"Only giving 1 star because 0 stars is not an option. The WORST experience I have ever had in a restaurant (fast food or otherwise). The service was awful, waited 30 minutes and only finally got my food after having to ask multiple times and the girl blowing me off. Magically when I requested a refund so I could leave, my food was “ready”. We grabbed it to leave, to get out of the filthy facility only to open it in the car to cold food and my chicken was still frozen in the middle. Had the staff been friendly and at least tried, I would not be writing this but the entire experience was absolutely horrible! I will never go back!"
"$11 for a salad and a drink is already outrageous but the fact that the drink is 90% ice and the salad is actually 1/3 of a salad is ridiculous. Do better"
