"Go there. Beats subway. I needed to pick up something from the nearby Home Depot on my way home and stopped in. The sub was great. The waitstaff, especially Josh, had excellent attitudes and customer service skills. They should teach those at other places i have been. Will definitely stop in again. Keep up the good work!"
"We walked in right about opening and the service was friendly and quick. They serve delicious lemonade, sweet tea. The fries were hot fresh and delicious!! There were 7 of us and the food came out so quick. We are on the road and were so hungry. It was nice to have a great meal. My stomach feels so happy. Great food! Great service. Get over there!! Yum!!"
"Came in about 30 minutes before close. Staff seemed irritated to have guests in the lobby. After I placed my order the gal who needed to warm up the bread made a smart comment about kicking customers out. After hearing the comment and seeing the fries sitting in the warmer I decided to let them know I didn't want to be a bother and left before paying or getting food. Sucks cuz I really wanted Penn station, but the staff seemed too worried about closing and getting out on time rather than providing quality customer service to the guests."
