"I landed by accident on this shipping center looking for Chinese food and ended up eating pizza.First time trying Chicago style pizza and I loved it. I really enjoyed my visit."

"I'd been wanting to try the Wednesday spaghetti special for a while. It did not disappoint. The spaghetti and garlic bread were delicious. The salad had too much onion, so I'll know next time to order without. The service was friendly and efficient."

"We were at the Collinsville location on 1/23/24 at around 3:30p.m. We had such an excellent dine-in experience with our waitress, Taylor. She was the only waitress there and she was very calm and so easy going. She took excellent care of us and always came back to make sure everything was good. Our drinks were never empty. There were other tables that she was taking care of, but she held her own and did an excellent job. We have had her before and we still got the same excellent service then as we did on 1/23/24. Waitresses like Taylor are hard to come by, so be sure to take care of her the best way possible. We will be sure to ask for her to be our waitress on our next visit. Thank you Taylor for the excellent customer service!!"

"Absolutely horrible experience , wings so over cooked they rivaled Clark Griswold’s turkey in National Lampoon Christmas Vacation . Service was not great , waitress did not once offer to refill our drinks and the “Manager” is extremely rude and unprofessional. The place appeared to be ran by a bunch of kids who did not know what they were doing . Our pizza took forever and yet my son still had to wait for his food , so none of us were able to eat at the same time , simply not acceptable. We will not be back to the Collinsville location ."

"I placed my order online and it said ready in 20 min it took 50 min to get my food granted I ordered on a Friday I still expect it to be reasonably close to the quoted time. I ordered a Chicago pizza, pasta, and a salad the toppings on the pizza were skimpy, it looked like it had been cut by someone who had no clue what they were doing not a single slice was the same size, and it wasn't hot anymore. I'm a literal 2 min drive from the store so it wasn't from drive time. The pasta however was pretty good it could have used more sauce though there was almost nothing clinging to the noodles. The salad was pretty lackluster some iceberg lettuce and a couple olive one slice of cucumber and one cherry tomatoe cut in half. All in all this meal was not worth the near $42 I spent on it I don't think I'll be back in the near future. I will say the girl at the front counter was doing very well at handling the situation she was keeping customers informed and constantly checking on orders. Probably the only reason I didn't cancel my order."
