"I get that staff maybe hard to keep, but the deli needs to get it together..I've been patient with the new staff, but to not even know a 1/3 from a half, say you want meat thin, its thick, ask for it thinned, its still thick, so I give up. Unless you want your meat and cheese clumped in a bag and sliced however you want, might want to go somewhere else. 3 deli items should take 15 minutes to get when you're the only person there. Customer service and skills are seriously lacking in the deli now."

"I love the store has everything that I need. I shop there at least 3-4 times a week and I live an hour NW of Morris. The decision to open at 6 instead of 5 is upsetting. You have people in the area that start work at 6 and stop to get supplies for lunch or get food for supper when the store isn’t as busy. To my knowledge there wasn’t a sign posted and the staff didn’t say a word to me anyway about the change prior to this morning when there was patrons standing at the doors at 5:00 waiting for them to open."
