"Sometimes you go in and the cashier or drive thru person is super nice, others... Not so much. I ordered some nuggets and fries for me and my kid, and the bags were just sitting under the heater for the fries... I went back to get a cup before I go about an hour and a half later and the same bag of nuggets was still just sitting out open. They really need to get a health inspector to come in because after that my kid got food poisoning..."
"The restaurant looked and smelled disgusting, like dirty water and old mop. The restrooms were in terrible condition and appeared as if someone has shaved their beard or cut their hair in one and urinated on the floor. Glass doors were full of fingerprints and dirty as well."
"Wendy’s has the slowest drive thru in town. Many times I’ve seen cars leave the line. I did a few times after waiting 10 minutes. Should take some lessons from McDonalds. The other day we ordered our food in the drive thru and arrived at the window to pay, only to be told they were out of that food or the frosty machine isn’t working. Please put a sign on the drive thru menu to let us know. I don’t blame staff, but management."
"I have came here a few times just traveling. My service is usually fast. The only thing that I have to complain about is sometime the fries taste old and not fresh."
"Our order was taken competently and cheerfully. Food was ready in a reasonable amount of time. It was as expected. Lots of ketchup packets for our order. Thank you! Totally downside was that in one bathroom the faucet did not work. My son had to wait with soapy hands for the other bathroom to open up so he could finish washing his hands."
