"Had to take a minute to send a 5-star review for Daniela’s customer service! I did a mobile order for Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Brew and I added too much vanilla when customizing. When I arrived I wasn’t totally satisfied with the drink. Although the store was busy, Daniela was so kind and offered to remake my drink. She said this was one of her favorite drinks as well and she wanted to sure I left with a good coffee. She remade it perfectly & said if I wanted more or less Vanilla just to let her know. I really appreciate her taking the time to make sure I was satisfied with my coffee amid the chaos of a busy Thursday morning! Thank you, Daniela! A little kindness goes a long way! ☺️"

"Pros...Friendly staff, good selection, great deal right now with the half price iced drinks during July, wonderful tomato mozzarella pesto panini. Cons...Quite a bit of a wait, dirty and empty drink station with no straws, or vanilla and chocolate and cinnamon and cocoa powder. Dirty floors, tables and chairs. Full garbage. Clean bathroom but garbage all over the floor."
