"At night time this is where all the people walking the streets all night go to eat, so you may have a few uncomfortable experiences if your on foot. Other then that just an above-average version of every other rallys. The food I've had there has been pretty decent so far. A bit of a wait compared to most other fast food but the food is good."

"Rude as hell employees. When asked a name after getting out of line with us they refused to state name. Customer service is horrible here and they tend to be more interested in gossip or phones rather than their job. This wasn't just once but same experience 4 times."

"The food was but the service was horrible as we went through the drive-thru we had to turn around and pay for our meal go back out of the parking lot and pull back into the other drive-thru window just so they could clear their drive through time and be able to pass it. This is what they had every single customer do we waited like 25 minutes all together for our food as for all the other people who was in line they all had to do the same thing and they had to wait"

"After a year of my 5 star rating, I'm going to have to change my mind on that and re-review. I will probably never go back. Don't order shakes, You might get sick from the mold that's in the lines. And the employees get in trouble by the general manager if they shut the shake machine down to clean it. But what does she know she goes into Rallys drunk with babies and puppies. That baby could have got burnt by hot grease. I'm pretty sure their insurance don't cover that. And definitely don't want dog hair in my food. She definitely should not be working there, let alone be a general manager. If that was my establishment, she would be fired. She steals, or should I say, borrows money out of the safe. Probably for booze. She even goes as low as changing the employees' time on the clock and robs them of their hours. She's definitely a sorry excuse for a general manager. I wonder how the Department of Labor would feel about that. I'm glad I've never worked there, and I probably won't be a customer anymore either."

"This rally's is inefficient. They have a separate lane for app orders. I've been here way too long for what I ordered. DO NOT USE THE APP! The workers can't handle it and are snotty about it."
