"Incredibly rude employees. I was here to pick up a doordash order and they thought my name was one of the people I was picking up for, her name was Vallerie. Then one loudly announced "she's over here making fun of this doordasher for her name and was wrong" it was a chunky man with brown hair and a woman with eyebrow piercings and a pink ponytail. The employees should really have nametags. There is no reason for people to loudly and publicly be disrespectful. (1/21/24 around 6:20)"

"nice people in the store, quickly informed me of the long waiting period for a pizza. But it worth the wait.."

"Whoever owns this place must be frugal. It seems like the employees are orded to use less than the standard amout of ingredients. I received a pizza ith a 3+ inch edge crust, an icing cup that was only 1/4 filled and peppers that had to have been taken from a different pizza box. My pizza was cold even tho it was pulled from a heat bag. It must have been leftovers from a different order. I'm officially done with this place."

"Extremely disappointed!! Called to the store to let them know how our order was delivered and was asked to bring the pizza back up to verify. Really? We just paid for delivery!! Are you refunding our delivery fee also? Well, after no offer to fix the issue and being told I was being hostile and the employee didn’t feel safe here I am writing this review. Horrible customer service! The pizza should have never been placed in the box to begin with. All we wanted was a replacement. Not even the entire order (which included wings). Thanks Papa Johns. We’ll be making sure everyone knows about this horrible experience. Pics included since the store didn’t want to believe us. Absolutely ridiculous!!"
