Rally's

"I went to the Rally’s located at 6710 West Florissant Ave, Saint Louis Mo 63136 at about 12:10am I was told that the system was down and it would take 15 minutes to reboot so I drove 10 minutes away to the location at 10004 Halls Ferry Rd, Saint Louis Mo 63136 there were 3 cars in the regular line and 2 in the door dash line I was able to pull right up to the speaker the cashier very rudely said that they were only taking door dash orders for the rest of the night even though they just took an order so I then drove back to the location at 6710 West Florissant Ave it had clearly been more than 15 minutes there was 1 car in the driveway that was talking to the cashier I pull up to the speaker and now the cashier tells me that they only have chicken bites and laughed this was so unprofessional both restaurants are horrible at customer service and giving there customers hot and accurate food tried to file a complaint online but it told me that I need a store number which is only giving on a receipt I wish I had gotten that far in the process there needs to be a mark for 0 stars on these reviews"

"This location is such a hit or miss. Tonight I asked for my food to be made fresh and it was HOWEVER, they left off one of my items. We even asked the young lady if everything was in the bag because it seemed small, she said 'yes'. We also didn't get a receipt so they refused to do anything. They knew those wings were still sitting on their counter somewhere. It's 10pm at night, no one wants to tussle when all we wanted was the food we paid for. So this is my resolve. Whether it'll matter or not, who knows!?"

"I was enjoying my food and took a drink without the straw and thank God I did. I looked down into the cup and noticed this floating down in the bottom. I still don’t know what this is or if I drank any of it. Food was great but now I have so many questions"

"Soooo we order 2 #5's we received 2 nicely wrapped buns with cheese and fries on them Somebody say "Where's the Beef?!? I get back in line to advise and was told "just drive back up to the window" where I get replacement burgers with 1 patty instead of 2. Yeah, you got us for our $$ Rally's."
