"Store was not clean.....they had no ketchup.....and only 1 type of soda was available (dr pepper yuck) burgers were dry and cheese didn't even attempt to melt on sandwich. Will never visit that one again."

"Right now they are drugging customers with fake ecstasy pills. Didn’t even care that the drink was supposed to be for my child. Thank god I drunk it instead. It sent me to the ER. Manager lied, and refused to show police the camera footage. Found out the joke in the area is that they sell more than just white castles. If you want a first round of free drugs maybe ask for the special orange hi-c. I bet it comes with EXtra flavors."

"The fella that took my order was excellent! Amazing. Now it fell apart after that kind of but over all I was kind of proud of these young people. I've been coming to this white castles for 15 years and this was pretty good. They just forgot my ketchup and napkins my food was right and hot though. They gonna get it alllll right one day. But young man was very pleasant not attitude they were fast not hours wait and both lines were open so I was kind of impressed."
