"I would rate zero stars if I could. Ron schedules appointments but then does not show up. Has many excuses when you finally reach him. Horrible experience...would not recommend."

"Do not do business with them. I had terrible time dealing with the only man Ran in the entire company. I called Them to service my wine cooler and I believe its only Ran who comes to repair and this company has no other technician except Ran. Never do business with them or call them for service. Extremely bad service. I lost my money twice but still my wine cooler is not fixed. Here’s why: He came to fix the wine cooler and he changed the fan and left but the wine cooler wasn’t working still . I callled him again and he came back with another part and replaced it, but the digital display wasn’t showing the or text temperature and it wasn’t going up and down to lower or increase temperature. He charged me twice and I paid him twice. But still my wine cooker is not working. He said he will order the digital display and replace it and that I will have to pay for the cost of the part, to which I agreed. Since then I have been calling him for many months now. And he always states that the part he purchased went missing, his truck is not working, he is in Iowa and will come back and fix my wine cooler. Each time I call him or text he says he will be coming in couple days to fix my wine Cooler. And to this day he hasn’t showed up with the part or responded with an appointment. My wine cooker still doesn’t work."

"I called on a Saturday told him what was going with my fridge he said it's the motherboard and would check to see if he could get one close by he called me said couldn't get till Monday called me Monday said he was on his way to my house showed up about 30mins later pulled fridge out replaced the motherboard and like magic fridge back in service and off he was. I now have his number and he's my guy if I needed"

"If I can give them Zero stars I would. He is practically the only repairman in the area that can handle Summit under counter beverage fridges. He came out to my house and figured out it was a temperature sensor issue. He told me it may take a month. After numerous calls/texts I finally got a hold of him. He told the part should be coming in at the end of the week. I never heard back and he's ghosted me. He quoted me $200. The part costs $20 so it's not like the job isn't worth doing. I called Summit and ordered the part which is readily available in stock & I will attempt to fix this on my own."

"BEST SERVICE!!! At 9:00 A.M. noticed my freezer was not working, texted Central DuPage Appliance that I needed help, 9:30 A.M. returned call and asked questions, he checked to make sure he had the parts he needed and fixed my freezer by 11:30. You can't ask for better service."
