"Waited in line for 20min after my order was taken for the small order ahead of me. Just to be told by the person at the window that they never took my order. I literally was asked what my order was at the window twice and given a total. Im not going to wait another 20min for them to then make my food. Worthless, one car in front of me and one guy in the lobby. If they cant take an order then they surely cant make decent food. Dont waste your time"

"If you didn't grow up with White Castle, you may not understand the allure. But they are so good. They're not gourmet but they don't pretend to be, either. I've been enjoying them for over 40 years."

"I went through drive through and the lady was awesome. She helped me save over 5 bucks on my meal. I wanted to tell her manager about how happy we were with the experience and we were told that she's the general manager. She showed us what customer service is suppose to look like. Very very pleased"

"I understand fast food workers don’t care about their job. But you obviously need the job since you’re working there. Sat in drive through for 30 minutes because they claim to be understaffed but I can clearly see them refilling their drinks and standing around not working. Worst experience I’ve ever had at a fast food joint."
