"Only person professional was the black girl on the cashier around 8:30pm. I placed an online order around 8:15-8:20pm. Of course it was not ready by the time I got there. The order had not even been started the ticket for the order was not even printed out. Cashier asked the girl that was fixing online orders about it. She told her she was done and to put ticket over there where walk ins were ordering. The ticket must of fell on the floor because my order was still never started. The girl that was suppose to be fixing it said the ticket fell but me nor the cashier never heard it. Cashier printed out the ticket again. And then the girl finally started working on it to say she can’t to do it because y’all are out of steak. So I requested a refund. The cashier got the manager (white blond) I was told since the order was made online I would have to request refund online. Was told if I wanted steak I would have to wait 30 min. Meanwhile, I was in the store for about 20-25 min already waiting on my food. If I had not been waiting already then I would not have cared about waiting. But I did not place an online order to have to wait for an hour for 2 burritos and a bowl."
"Arrived at 7:35pm on Feb 26, 2024 and there were 8 people in line to place their order. I got out of my car and tried to open the door to enter the establishment and found it to be locked. A young lady with a bag of food exited seconds later and held the door for me. I went and stood in line to place my order behind the other 8 people waiting and then one of the team members mumbled from behind the counter while looking in my direction. I asked her if she was talking to me and she again said something I could not hear. She then spoke up and said, “the person in front of you will be our last customer.” I asked “are you you not able to serve me?” And she replied no. This was several hours before closing time and they were not out of food. I assume this was simply a desire to leave early for the night - otherwise why would they be willing to serve the remaining customers in line? This is another example for the quickly declining service at this N. Lindbergh location. I will not return and I hope this business closes as a direct effect of the behaviors of the staff and the non-existent leadership tasked with overseeing the standards of quality of the location."
"Ordered a bowl and got half chicken and half steak. The guy making the bowl scooped a scoop of steak then dropped majority of it back in the pan and put maybe 5 pieces in my bowl. Brought it to their attention and was basically ignored. Then was told it would be extra for more steak but they charged me for a steak bowl that doesn't even have a full scoop of steak in it. I had stopped going to this location and was quickly reminded of why. Never again."
"usually have good experiences at this location. today my online order had someone else’s order completely not what i ordered off the app. i drove back and when i picked up my burrito the tortilla was ice cold."
"I ordered four burritos bowls three chips with guacamole and one with queso. Every order was wrong. Two of the bowls were supposed to have sofritas. All of the bowls had chicken. The correct beans were not in the bowls. The correct salsa wasn't in the bowls. I did get the chips which tasted stale but the guacamole that they didn't give me would have coved that taste up. I'm not sure if the six year old that was behind the counter made my order but it would make sense or if everybody was high. Either way this make absolutely no sense. This Chipotle's need some serious house cleaning. Oh yeah. AI fielding customer complaints does not help."
