"I hate this establishment because their customer service is horrible, and they NEVER answer the phones. The workers pick it up the calls and then put the call back on call waiting. The call was picked up three times and then put back on call waiting. I was left on hold for 20 minutes to be told they closed 20 minutes ago and the cooks were gone. I ended the call at 9:50pm. The establishment CLOSES at 10. Clean up should start AT 10pm!"
"I am a returning customer, I went in tonight and ordered a box of special fried rice (+ other things) and ended up getting a box of just plain rice. For the food to cost this much, your workers should pay more attention to what they are bagging to go. There needs to be a double or triple check before you are giving it to the customer!"

"I don't know how closely the workers doing the online orders are paying attention but if they're just going to put all the things I requested to be removed in anyway, I don't see the reason for giving me an option to exclude them. People also have allergies. It would be nice if someone would be considerate enough to make the order as requested instead of rushing through. This has happened more than once. Food isn't bad. Instructions for online orders are just overlooked even though they tape it directly to the bag."
