"I usually get great service here. Yesterday was a Tuesday and the girl on the window gave very poor customer service with a pup cup with hardly nothing in it. She was not warm or friendly very dry attitude. Maybe she was having a bad day. We won’t be coming to this location in the evening anymore the day time staff is better"

"went through the drive thru this afternoon and we had no idea what we wanted, so I asked for a recommendation and Chase was absolutely wonderful. Found our new favorite drink (pistachio latte with oat milk, light whip, and extra salted brown butter topping in case anyone was wondering... chefs kiss*)and Chase was just so sweet!"

"I have never experienced a Starbucks worker that has ever been as rude as Fatima today. When asked something on my order she then rolled her eyes as if I ruined her entire day. This was by far the most nasty experience I’ve ever had from anyone. I can assure you this wasn’t her first time treating customers this way."

"went through the drive through, they were rude to us at the order window, and also got our order wrong. At the pay window, we told them they got it wrong nicely only to wait 7 minutes holding up the line behind us. They gave us dirty looks while they remade the drink they messed up. After we got the messed up drink they made us re-pay for their mess up, and got all feisty when we that that was absurd. They made my girlfriend late for her job as a teacher because this whole situation took nearly 20 minutes. the drinks were poorly made and the muffin we got wasn’t warmed. this is by far the worst starbucks i’ve been to, will be going to the one down the street."
