"I'm a dashing and when I was there waiting on the food I got thrown another order so I went to let them know. They yell back from the back ok we will get to you when we can so the attitude. Me and the other customer look at each other like what just happen. Meanwhile they made the customer wait while they did what ever in the back they thought was more important than the customer"

"Dealing with Mrs. Mitchell is totally a disappointment to say the least!! Ordered chicken strips...asked for 3 sauces...instead of her telling me it was going to cost extra after the first 2 she simply took away the 3rd. Bad attitude and very short tempered. The food was great but if you have to deal with her i hope this location closes first. I have never been or seen disrespect so in your face from someone as elderly as her. I do not know if this was a bad day for her but i hope your business addresses her costumer service skills and lack of. There were other customers there and the same inappropriate behaviors were given to them as well. Please train this lady again or help her to provide better or at least substandard service that should be expected. Smh..."

"After waiting for our order for 25 minutes, the food was horrible It was cold looked like it had been sitting My sister's fries were cold cold.. she still had to wait another 15 minutes for some fresh fries Never going back to that one"

"I ordered 2 different combo meals, even mentioned what flavors sodas. But only received the burgers at the window. I was stoned but I know what I said at the mic. The lady chose to give me only burgers, I know I'm petty and posting."

"This was my first Jack in a Box, and have to say that it was great! The burger and the onion rings tasted super good, it really surprised me. The service was really good too."
