"I went through drive thru and the line moved quickly that morning. My order was correctly received. However I only gave a 4star to the service because wax paper was not used to separate 2 chocolate donuts. This caused some portions of the chocolate icing spread on the bag."

Despite waiting for a considerable time, my order was not taken, and it seemed like the staff was not attentive. "We used to love Dunkin, but lately it's seems like the store is stealing the coffee, because the coffee is really watered down, it's milk, water and sugar only. You can barely taste the coffee. This is just a shame. We do not pay for flavored water!!! Maybe it would be good if the owners will check from time to time how the products are made and taste them before they sell to people. And about the bagels: no matter how many times you asked them to toast darker, extra toased, the bagels comes out white anyway."

"Absolutely horrible. They intentionally move slow, and talk low on the drive through speaker. Everyone is annoyed they work there, they move so slow I thought they were playing chess waiting for each other to make a move.. coffee made with piss poor effort. YOUTH IS GONE!!!"

"I consistently am getting ripped off by this place and so are you. The difference between each size and going bigger is only a few ounces. This place charged me substantially more a box their holiday blend by $6 when even their advertisement says otherwise and even on the app! They also consistently daily short my drink by many ounces! I’m done with this place.. the employees are obviously miserable which is not how anyone should start their day getting ripped off and dealing with attitude. Drive an extra half a mile and go to Starbucks atleast if you’re going to pay $$$ for a coffee you can be greeted with smiles and a little more respect and get what you pay for.
