"Purchased 60 chicken nuggets. Upon arriving home I opened them to see that about 50 of the 60 were extremely overcooked, dry and like eating a lump of coal, I called McDonalds and spoke to the manager who told me to come back and she would give me a fresh set. I sent my little brother back to pick up the new set, only to see him arrive home empty handed. I called them back and asked why they refused to give them the nuggets and she responded by saying I failed to bring the old nuggets back.. Which was probably pertinent information she failed to mention to me before I tossed them asked in the trash. It's important to note I Drive an F-250 so I did not go back even though she offered to give me the nuggets for a second time. I spent 40 dollars on burnt nuggets and likely about 15 dollars of gas in the two trips. This was a very unpleasant experience I will never buy from this location again. I am adding photos for reference and believe me when I tell you the pics don't do it justice they were extremely dried out."
