Dunkin'

"We have live in the townhouse is right next to this Dunkin doughnuts for 7 years, and every time we go there for ice cream, which is about once a week at different times of the day ranging from three in the afternoon to near closing time. They always “don’t have hot fudge”. This has been going on for over a year, they try to offer you chocolate syrup at the same price. They can never give any real explanation why they won’t sell hot fudge when you ask. My running theory is the machine is hard to clean at closing and they don’t feel like doing it. Though it feels kind of petty, I did ask for the manager the last time but I guess the manager leaves at noon. We decided to start going to Dairy Queen. I’m going to keep leaving this message until this issue stops. Also, I should say that the morning crew is fantastic at this location. It really seems to be everyone who’s there after 3 PM is the issue. I’m gonna start getting peoples names too."

"3 workers, one other customer for a minute or so, zero acknowledgment when walking in today. I had to flag someone down to ask for service. Today I took my son in for ice cream. ONE pathetic kids scoop is 3.79. Then they charged an additional $.99 for a basic cone. That is absolutely ridiculous to charge for a simple cone—what the heck else are we supposed to do with the scoop, eat it from our hands?! Shouldn’t the basic cone/cup be included in the price? I understand the additional charge for the dipped/sprinkle cone but come on. My recent drive through orders have also be incorrect on several occasion also."

"The staff here are usually good, but sometimes they rush through orders. I recently got a half dozen donuts and two additional chocolate long johns. They just tossed the two long johns into a bag, face-to-face. I would think they would've put one of those wax paper sheets in between them, because the outcome was quite messy. Not a positive experience."

"This location is a joke! You always take your chances on whether or not they decide they want to be open in general. Then IF they are open, you never know if they think your worthy of serving you in the lobby! It's supposed to be a benefit to have something within walking distance, saves on gas & the environment. But no, they send CHILDREN who have walked over there to give them business to the drive thru line WITHOUT A CAR!!!!!!! There have been times we have gone to get ice cream & if we want it, we have to go thru the DRIVE THRU! If you don't know what flavors they have, they will read them to you OVER THE DISFUNCTIONAL speaker system. Oh, and look out if your trying to use your app....they don't have a clue! The attached picture is at 10 am that they put up after my kids tried to go in but the doors were locked!"
