"Every time I come into this place I’m extremely disappointed at the lack of manners and etiquette that the staff at the inside front desk has. Today was no different. They never say thank you. When I say thank you, because I was raised right, the employees say nothing. I will never come back to this place or any Starbucks. With prices being so high and plenty of places to get coffee, I choose not to come to such an arrogant place whose employees can’t even show a little decency and respect and appreciation."
"Came to this restaurant this afternoon to get 2 Venti Honey Citrus Mint teas. There was no sleeve on both of the cups and when I touched it my fingertips got burnt very badly and instantly swollen up and I dropped.both cups due to it. They offered to replace my drinks and told me to call corporate for the rest."
"I ordered chestnut praline it had different color and cinnamon in it I usually order this and have never received it like the one today it's supposed to be white i waited so long in the drive thru and taste like watered down cinnamon"
"Staff here are so welcoming. Even when people treat them terribly (which is more often than it should) they keep their cool. They greet you as you come in, are surprised when you ask for recommendations, and enjoy jamming to their music."
